Hey hey, do you know La Rhune? This mountain perched between France and Spain rises to 905 meters and is a popular destination for hikers in search of thrills and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
There are several routes to the summit of La Rhune, but the most popular is the one from the Col de Saint-Ignace. This 7 km round-trip hike takes around 2h30, but I promise you that the panoramic views along the way are well worth it! For the more adventurous, there's also the Corniche trail, which follows the crest of the mountain and offers breathtaking views.
In summer, you can take the little Rhune train to the summit, but frankly, it's much more fun to walk and enjoy the fresh mountain air! And don't forget to bring good hiking boots, plenty of water and information on the weather conditions, so you can enjoy this adventure in complete safety.
