General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices:
Our prices are subject to annual revision and must be confirmed at the time of booking. The tourist tax is not included (€1.29 per person per night).
Booking and payment:
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit representing 30% of the total stay amount, with a minimum of 1 night, and be subject to written confirmation from us. In case of payment by bank transfer or check, a credit card number will be requested to guarantee the booking. If payment is not received, the credit card left as guarantee will be debited under the same conditions as a cancellation. The credit card number is destroyed on the day of departure. The balance of the stay is to be paid at your convenience upon arrival. For stays of one week or more, consumption charges will be settled every 3 days.
Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation, the charges payable by the client are as follows:
* Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: 0% of the total stay * Cancellation between 7 days and the check-in date: 100% of the total stay with a minimum of 1 night
NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE ISSUED IN CASE OF:
* Services ordered but not consumed * Early departure from the hotel due to force majeure, minor reasons, or personal convenience.
The booking contract may be terminated automatically by the hotelier without any right to damages for the clients in the event of force majeure or in case of impossibility to operate the hotel in accordance with commonly accepted hotel standards for a reason not attributable to the hotelier, particularly in case of delayed opening or non-opening (natural disaster, closed road), as well as in case of client payment default.
Accommodation-Luggage:
Rooms are made available to guests at 3 PM on the day of their arrival. They must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure; otherwise, an additional night will be charged. For long stays, the room will not be cleaned after 12 PM. Any damage caused by the client in the room during their stay will be charged. The hotel cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to luggage stored by clients in the common areas of the hotel, in an unlocked room, or in a car in the parking lot.
Pets are accepted with a surcharge
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse a pet if it deems the animal dangerous or likely to disturb the tranquility of the premises.
Complaint and dispute resolution
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract that could not be resolved amicably will be brought before the commercial court closest to the hotel.
