Terms & Conditions
Our prices are subject to revision once a year and must be confirmed at the time of booking. Tourist tax is not included (€1.29 per person per night).
Booking and payment :
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum of 1 night, and be confirmed in writing by us. In the event of payment by bank transfer or cheque, a credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. In the event of non-payment, the credit card used as a guarantee will be debited in the same way as for cancellations. The credit card number will be destroyed on the day of departure. The balance of the stay must be paid at your convenience on arrival. For stays of a week or more, consumption will be payable every 3 days.
Cancellation policy :
In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:
* Cancellation between sixty and nine days prior to arrival: 30% of the total stay with a minimum of 1 night
* Cancellation between eight days and 48 hours prior to arrival: 60% of the total stay with a minimum of 1 night
* Cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival or "no show" or shortened stay: 100% of the total stay.
NO REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE IN THE EVENT OF :
* Unused services
* Early departure from the hotel due to force majeure, minor or personal reasons.
The reservation contract may be automatically terminated by the hotel owner without giving rise to the payment of damages to customers in the event of an event constituting force majeure or in the event of the hotel being unable to operate in accordance with generally accepted hotel standards for a reason not attributable to the hotel owner, in particular in the event of a delay in opening or non-opening (natural disaster, road closure), as well as in the event of the customer defaulting on payment.
Lodging & Luggage :
Rooms are made available to guests at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure; if this is not the case, an additional night will be charged. For longer stays, the room will not be made available after 12 noon. Any damage to the room caused by the customer during his stay will be billed. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the theft, loss or deterioration of luggage stored by customers in the common areas of the hotel, in the unlocked room or in the car in the parking lot.
Pets allowed at extra charge
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse a pet if it considers the animal to be dangerous or likely to disturb the tranquillity of the premises.
Handling claims and disputes
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract which cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the commercial court closest to the hotel.
